Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Manager supporting the Commercial division, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team for Western Canada region. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong business relationships with our clients and business partners and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
  • Lead, mentor, develop and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor sales progress and results, and develop action plans to achieve financial objectives
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners
  • Oversee and manage sales activities with major accounts, negotiating sales programs and pricing in alignment with company guideline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
  • Stay informed about product applications, technical services, market conditions, and the activities of industry players to recommend strategies that maintain a competitive edge
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management

COMPÉTENCES

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Strong experience in the tire industry or aftermarket automotive replacement industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities
  • Strong adaptability to navigate shifting priorities and circumstances, while effectively handling complexity and change
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions and implement effective action plan
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
